Toolstream website’s new stock level indicator & email service
Toolstream has improved its online customer services. At-a-glance stock level indicators are now visible on every product, and a new automated email service keeps customers up-to-date with regards to product availability.
A simple ‘traffic light system’, in the form of green, amber or red indicators, shows instant, up-to-date stock quantities. Products which are out of stock (marked in red) display a date indicating when new stock is due to arrive in our warehouse, whilst a new email functionality informs customers exactly when new stock is available to order, so there’s no need to keep checking the website.
These new functionalities provide total transparency, so customers can benefit from visibility of stock levels, as well as receiving instant notification as soon as products become available to order.
