Nu-way’s training facilities in Droitwich is running four training courses for engineers and distributors on gas and oil burners throughout the year.

With over 75 years of experience in the heating industry, Nu-way supply and manufacture spare parts and oil, gas and dual fuel burners, with a range of burners whose outputs range from 14.7 kW to 20 MW. Many of Nu-way’s staff can draw on over forty years spent with the company. This wealth of knowledge is invaluable to customer service and training.
The training takes a methodical approach to the maintenance and servicing of gas and oil burners, which includes commissioning and fault finding. The courses are split between the classroom and demonstration rooms, so engineers can get plenty of practical hands-on experience on Nu-way’s product range of gas, oil and dual fuel burners for domestic, commercial and industrial use.
Leigh Bryan (pictured), Nu-way Technical Support Manager, believes the courses give engineers vital tools to further improve their business, he says: “The training is designed to give installers and engineers detailed information to ensure on-site work is carried out as effectively as possible. This will result in higher levels of customer service and satisfaction.”

A full set of course notes and a handbook is provided to all who attend training, along with a certificate on completion of the course. You can download a training Prospectus from the training section of Nu-way’s website www.nu-way.co.uk/. In addition, Nu-way can arrange bespoke training for specific products or customers.
