Danfoss Randall strengthens “No Quibble” warranty for controls

Heating controls manufacturer, Danfoss Randall, has made it easy for merchants to pass on the company’s industry-beating ‘no quibble’ two-year warranty to their customers.

Merchants can offer installers a free replacement from the Danfoss Randall range for any ‘in warranty’ product, whatever the nature of the fault or defect. Defective products returned by the merchant to Danfoss Randall will qualify for a full credit or free replacement when the merchant next places an order. The no quibble warranty covers the complete range of Danfoss Randall domestic heating products, from programmers and thermostats to TRVs and motorised control valves.

That means the installer doesn’t have to wait for the results of a fault test, or for replacement product to be despatched; he can simply swap old for new at the counter. When the product is returned it will enter Danfoss Randall’s testing programme to its original manufacturing specification, and even if a problem cannot be found the offer of a free replacement still stands. “That’s what we mean by no quibble,” says Marketing Director, Bjorn Sejr Nielsen. “And if your customer doesn’t have the original receipt, they can simply contact our customer service department and request a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA). Warranty expiry details are clearly marked on all our products, making it easy to see if it’s still under guarantee,” he adds.

Danfoss Randall believes its exclusive product warranty reflects the company’s ‘no nonsense’ approach to customer support. From technical helplines and online installation guides to training that keeps installers up to date with the latest technologies, Danfoss Randall is dedicated to making life easier for its customers. “Now, if any of our products fail to meet our high quality standards, for any reason, we’ve made it really easy for merchants to provide a replacement and keep their customers satisfied at no cost or hassle to their business,” says Bjorn Sejr Nielsen.
