Bristan runners-up in Ridgeons awards
Bristan is celebrating after being announced as highly commended runner-up in the Lightside Supplier of the Year category at the 2012 Ridgeons Supplier of the Year Awards.
Cambridge-based Ridgeons is one of the UK’s largest independent timber and builders’ merchants with 22 locations across the East of England. Ridgeons’ annual awards ceremony brings together suppliers and employees and recognises the efforts of key suppliers who work with the company.
Bristan scooped the runner-up award after being voted for by Ridgeons staff against a set number of criteria including: industry leading service levels, account development and a number of highly successfully joint initiatives.
Craig Rendall, national sales manager for Bristan, said: “Bristan has a long and well-established relationship with Ridgeons and we pride ourselves on the partnership we have developed with them. We believe that the hard work and exceptional service our trade team delivers is reflected in this industry accolade.”
